Norflow Studio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Norflow Studio, an iOS app provided by Belenorchik Labs. By using Norflow Studio, connecting social accounts, or publishing through the app, you agree to these terms.

1. App Purpose

Norflow Studio helps users select photos or videos, preview selected media, save local media history, connect supported social accounts, and share or publish content to selected platforms and accounts.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for the photos, videos, and other content you choose to save or share through Norflow Studio. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and share that content.

3. Connected Services and Platform Accounts

Norflow Studio may rely on third-party services for authentication, account storage, hosting, media processing, support, app reliability, iOS sharing options, social account connection, and publishing. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

Supported social platforms may include TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. When you connect a platform account, you authorize Belenorchik Labs to use the permissions you approve to identify the connected account, store and refresh server-side access credentials where permitted, prepare publish requests, submit selected content to the account you choose, and retrieve publish status or platform error information.

4. App Accounts

Some features may require an app account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Norflow Studio to save, share, upload, or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, spammy, misleading, unauthorized, or policy-violating content. You also agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the app or connected services, attempt unauthorized access, bypass platform review or permission limits, or violate the rules of services you choose to connect or publish with.

6. Publishing Authorization

You are responsible for reviewing the selected media, caption, title, detail text, platform account, post type, and privacy setting before publishing. When you start a publish action, you authorize Belenorchik Labs to process the selected content and submit it to the selected third-party platform account on your behalf.

You may revoke platform access through Norflow Studio where available or through the platform's own account settings. Revoking access may prevent future publishing or account sync features from working until you reconnect the account.

7. No Guarantee of Sharing or Publishing

Norflow Studio is provided to help with media selection, preview, local history, sharing, account connection, and publishing workflows. We do not guarantee that any share action, saved item, account connection, upload, publish request, platform status check, or third-party service request will succeed, remain available, remain visible, or be accepted by a platform.

8. Third-Party Platform Terms

Your use of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Apple, Firebase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, and any other connected services is governed by those services' own terms, privacy policies, developer policies, community guidelines, API policies, and account settings. Platform decisions, account restrictions, moderation actions, API changes, quota limits, outages, review requirements, and permission changes are outside Belenorchik Labs' control.

If you connect YouTube, you also agree that YouTube's Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and related YouTube API policies apply to your use of YouTube features through Norflow Studio.

9. App Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time, including integrations with third-party services.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Norflow Studio.

11. Disclaimer

Norflow Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belenorchik Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, account access, revenue, or profits arising from your use of Norflow Studio.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above will show the latest version. Continuing to use the app after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
