Norflow Studio Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Belenorchik Labs handles information when you use Norflow Studio, an iOS app for selecting media, previewing it, saving local media history, connecting social accounts, and publishing content to social platforms you choose.

1. Information You Provide

Norflow Studio may process information you choose to provide in the app, including selected photos or videos, profile details, publishing profile names, captions, titles, post details, selected platforms, selected post types, privacy choices, saved-media history actions, and sharing or publishing actions.

2. App Account Data

The app uses third-party authentication services for app sign-in, including email/password, Google, and Apple sign-in where available. We may process your email address, authentication identifiers, verification status, provider information, profile-completion details, and account-deletion requests.

3. Social Account Connection and Platform Data

You may choose to connect supported social accounts, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Connecting a social account is optional and separate from signing into Norflow Studio. When you start a connection, Norflow Studio asks our server to create a platform authorization session, opens the provider authorization page, and waits for the provider to return the result to our server.

Depending on the platform and permissions you approve, we may receive or process platform account identifiers, usernames or display names, profile/account metadata, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiration information, granted scopes or permissions, connected-page or channel identifiers, creator/account status, available privacy options, publishing responses, post/video IDs, publish status, and platform error messages.

Platform access tokens and refresh tokens are stored server-side by Belenorchik Labs infrastructure. They are not stored in the iOS app and are not included in the final app callback. The app receives only safe display or status data such as a connected account identifier, username, success state, or error message.

4. Media, Local Storage, and Device Permissions

Norflow Studio requests photo-library access when you choose media. The app may store selected saved-media history locally on your device, including local media files and related metadata scoped to your signed-in app account. The app may also use temporary files or in-memory data while preparing preview, share, upload, or publish actions.

When you publish through connected accounts, the selected original media and related metadata may be uploaded to Belenorchik Labs infrastructure so it can be processed, resized or transformed where needed, temporarily hosted for provider fetches, submitted to the platforms you selected, and cleaned up after the publish workflow.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to provide app functionality, authenticate app users, complete profiles, connect social accounts at your request, prepare selected media for preview or sharing, save local history, upload and process selected media for publishing, submit posts to the platforms and accounts you choose, show publish progress and results, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain the app.

We do not use connected social account tokens to publish unless you choose a connected account, choose media and publish options, and start a publish action in the app. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Sharing With Third Parties

We share information only as needed to provide the actions you request or operate the app, including with service providers for authentication, account storage, hosting, media processing, support, and app reliability.

When you connect or publish to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, the relevant platform receives the content, metadata, and account authorization data needed to complete the connection or publish request. Those platforms process information under their own privacy policies, terms, developer policies, and account settings. When you use iOS sharing options, the apps or services you choose receive the content you decide to share and process it under their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Google and YouTube API Data

If you connect YouTube, Norflow Studio uses Google/YouTube authorization only to provide the features you request, such as identifying the connected channel, checking available upload or privacy options, uploading selected media and metadata to YouTube, and showing publish status. Norflow Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Norflow Studio's access to Google/YouTube data through your Google account permissions at Google Security Settings. YouTube's own Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service also apply to your use of YouTube features through Norflow Studio.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for app functionality, security, support, legal obligations, and app operations. Locally saved media history remains on your device until you delete it, delete your account in the app, clear app data, or remove the app.

Connected-account records and server-side platform tokens are retained while the account remains connected or as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and operational logs. Temporary uploaded media and renditions used for publishing are intended to be retained only as long as needed to complete publishing, provider fetches, troubleshooting, cleanup, and related operations.

9. Your Choices

You can choose which media to select, whether to save media locally, which social accounts to connect, which accounts and platforms to publish to, post type, and available privacy choices. You can disconnect platform accounts where the app provides that control, revoke access in the platform's own account settings, sign out, and request account deletion through the app.

10. Children

Norflow Studio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled by the app, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date above will show the latest version.
